Graveside service for James Douglas “Jimmy’ Sims, 78, of Athens will be Thursday, March 21, 2019, at Dancy Chapel Cemetery, at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Parkway Funeral Home. Mr. Sims, who died Monday, March 18, 2019 was born August 13, 1940, to Clarence Douglas Sims and Lola Beatrice Beams. He was preceded in death by:
