William Donnie Holaway, 72, of Russellville, Alabama, passed away Friday, March 15, 2019 at UAB Hospital. He was a native of Franklin County and had lived in the area all of his life. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army and was a retired pipefitter with TVA.
Private graveside services were held Monday, March 18, 2019 at Knights of Pythias Cemetery, Russellville, at 11 a.m. Officiating was James McCullar.
Surviving are his wife, Brenda Holaway; sons, Brandon Holaway and Shannon Holaway and his wife, Amanda; grandchildren, Paisley Holaway, Sean Benton and Valerie Hughes; and other relatives and friends.
