Elizabeth Ann Adams, age 78 of Toney, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Athens Health and Rehab. Mrs. Adams was born January 22, 1941 in Limestone County to Raz Slaton and Elsie Inez Chapman.
Services for Mrs. Adams will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. with Charles Marable officiating. Visitation will be Monday, March 18, 2019 from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Dement Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Norton (Phillip), Angie Adams and Daphne Adams; sons, Tracy Adams (Cara), Scottie Adams and Bradley Adams (Holly); sister, Wanda Arnett (Dwight); sister-in-law, Frenchie Thomas; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and numerous other family and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband, William Grady “Jr.” Adams; daughter, Stephanie Adams Tallis.
Pallbearers are Bradley Adams, Chris Norton, Chad Norton, Ethan McKnight, Michael Adams and Kaleb Adams. Honorary pallbearers are Zack Dugger and Steven Zeigler.
