Matthew Wilson
DECEMBER 15, 1972 ~ FEBRUARY 24, 2019 (AGE 46)
Matt passed away on February 24, 2019, at his home in Pensacola. He is survived by his mother, Paula Monts Wilson and father, Harry M. Wilson, Jr.; brother, Harry M. Wilson III (Angi); his niece and nephew, Ashton and Harrison; his maternal grandmother, Flossie Monts and paternal grandmother Sue Kelly Wilson and by many aunts, uncles and cousins on both sides. He was preceded in death by grandfathers Eugene Monts and Harry Wilson, Sr. and his much-loved cousin Cole Wilson.
Matt received a B.S. in Microbology at Mississippi State University in 1999 and has been a lifelong Bulldog and Steelers fan. He was an extremely talented tennis player and a USPTA-certified tennis instructor having taught in Boca Raton, Atlanta and Pensacola. Matt was extremely devoted to his family and beloved pets, Noel and Kittie. He was the life of the party at every family function (or at least he thought he was). He was the kindest and most generous person especially to those less fortunate. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
