Marrell K. Morrow, age 86, of Dora, AL passed away peacefully at home February 11, 2019. He was a coalminer for 32 years and farmed all his life. Marrell was a Master Mason of Brooklyn Lodge 704. He was a dedicated father and grandfather. Marrell is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Flossie Morrow; wife of 39 years, Imogene Morrow; son, Larry Joe Morrow; sister, Imogene Tavel and infant sister Tommie Lou Morrow. He is survived by his sons, Gary Morrow (Gina) and John Morrow (Angela); daughter Marthy Wiley (Don); daughter-in-law, Tina Morrow; grandchildren, Brandy McGowan (Eric), Charlie Morrow (Amanda), Tabitha Morrow, Kristina Stubbs (Hank), Sarah Morrow, Molly Sparkman (Nate), Sophia Morrow; great-grandchildren, Weston, Jaden, Kayman, Adelaide, Gunner and a host of nieces and nephews. Services will be held at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home on Friday February 15, 2019. Visitation from 5:00-7:00 pm with a Memorial Service beginning at 7:00 pm.
