James “Jimmy” Edward Upton, age 80 of Jasper, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Bennett Cemetery.
Mr. Upton was preceded in death by his Mother-Sarah Kilgore Upton; Brother-Clomer Upton; Sisters-Linda Bowers, Audrey Haynes, Janet Shubert, Roseann Stivener and Jo Ann Hood; Sister-in-law-Faye Webb.
He is survived by his Wife-Gay Upton; Brother-in-law and Fishing Buddy-Jimmy Key (Marilyn); Special Friends-Pam and Robert Glass; Host of nieces and nephews.
