Steven Wayne Watson, 60, of Huntsville, passed away Friday. Mr. Watson lived on Versailles Drive in Huntsville, and graduated from Grissom High School in 1977. He served in the U.S. Army and was an avid Alabama fan.
Survivors include his parents, Kenneth and Joanne Watson; son, Jeffrey Wayne Watson; sister, Jennifer Jane Watson; fiancé, Rita Cross; and nieces and nephews, Andria Loczi (Matthew), and Alyssa, Paul and Devon Trivisonno.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Emerson Lyle officiating. Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
The family appreciates the excellent care he received from the doctors and staff of Huntsville Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Whitesburg Baptist Church.
