Funeral service for Louise Elrod, 84, will be Sunday, February 3, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Valhermoso Holiness Church with Rev. Tim Patrick officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Valhermoso Holiness Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, February 3, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Valhermoso Holiness Church.
Mrs. Elrod died on Friday, February 1, 2019 at her residence. She was born November 5, 1934, in Morgan County to Nathan Thompson and Blanche McCutcheon Thompson. She was a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She was preceded in death by her husband: John Elrod, a daughter: Doris Beam, two brothers: Howard Thompson and Hammond Thompson and her parents.
