Ricki Jona Patton, 76 of Sumiton, passed away Sunday January 13, 2019 at Baptist Medical Center-Princeton. She was a homemaker and was a member of Empire Church of God. She was a graduate of Dora High School, class of 1963.
Graveside service and burial will be Wednesday January 16, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Empire Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Bruce LeVan will officiate. Visitation is Wednesday from 1-2 pm at Empire Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffery Allen Patton and parents, Dan and Christine Smith.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Rayburn Patton; son, Jason Patton and wife Kimberly; sisters, Rita Roberts (Don) and Rona Pounds (Roy); brother, Donny Smith (Barbara); several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
