Mrs. Judy Elizabeth Lopes, 64, died Saturday, January 5, 2019 at North MS Medical Center Hospice Unit following an extended illness. She was born July 5, 1954 in Marietta, Georgia to James and Annie Hill Mohon. Judy married Keith Lopes of Tupelo, on September 7, 1990. She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed camping and trout fishing, and shipping at thrift stores. She loved all animals, especially her horses.
A celebration of life service will be at 6 PM, Friday, January 11, 2019 in the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors. Visitation will be Friday from 3 PM to service time only.
Survivors include Judy’s husband, Keith Lopes of Tupelo; sisters, Ellen Rodriquez and Mae Rios; nephews, T.J., Michael, and Robert; nieces, Deanna, Karon, and Angelique. She was preceded in death by her parents.
