Funeral service for Mrs. Ophelia J. West will be Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Madkins Chapel CPCA with Pastor Endia J. Scruggs officiating. Interment will be in Meadowlawn Garden of Peace. Mrs. West will be placed in the church one hour prior to funeral time.
