Corinne S. Cotharin, 94, of Huntsville, passed away Saturday. Corinne was a math teacher retiring in Ohio in 1985, before moving to Huntsville and tutoring many children here. She was an avid tennis player and coached high school tennis teams. She was an active member of Covenant Presbyterian Church where she volunteered for many years. Corinne loved to bake, sew, and crochet.
Survivors include her daughter, Susan Cotharin Meyer (Walter); son, Thomas Lloyd Cotharin (Judy); six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and sister, Marjorie Shaw Kubach.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, December 27th at Covenant Presbyterian Church, with the memorial service immediately following at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the memorial fund at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 301 Drake Ave., Huntsville, AL 35802.
