Frank Steven Kelley, 59, died December 18, 2018. Visitation will be Friday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Funeral will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the chapel with burial in Barton Cemetery. He was the husband of Lanie Choat Kelley.
