Buford Jordan Burch, 86, of Florence, passed away on December 18, 2018 at Mitchell-Hollingsworth. He was a member of Cross Point Church of Christ and he attended services with Sherrod Avenue Church of Christ at Mitchell-Hollingsworth. He attended Mars Hill Bible School.
Visitation will be at Greenview Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2018. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Charles Meek officiating. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Thomas Burch, Sr., and Cleazelle Jordan Burch; sisters, Merle Burch Almon and Eudora Burch Underwood and brother, John Thomas Burch, Jr.
Survivors include his sister-in-law, Carolyn Burch; a host of nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; great-great-great nieces and nephews and cousins.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
