Roxieann Walton Foster, 59, passed away peacefully Monday December 17, 2018 at her residence in the Chapman Community. Funeral Services for Mrs. Foster will be at 2 PM Thursday December 20 at Pine Grove Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 5 Pm to 8 PM Wednesday December 19 in The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be Friday December 21 at Taylor Cemetery in her beloved hometown of Leola, AR.
