Bellarose Vienna Fuqua, infant daughter of Adam and Anita Fuqua of Harvest, AL passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Bellarose was born on September 25, 2018.
Bellarose is survived by her parents, Adam and Anita Fuqua; sister, Lovie Louise Fuqua; grandparents, Daphene Gibson, Cyril Victor Fuqua and Sarah Jane Fuqua; great-grandparents, John Bob and Alma Wilson and aunt, Katrina Gibson.
Services for Bellarose will be at 3:00PM on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Jackie Bradford and David Griffin officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00-3:00PM prior to the service. There will be a private burial to follow.
