Mr. Donald Carlton Morell, age 82 of Athens, AL passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at his home. Mr. Morell was born on August 3, 1936 in Limestone County to Christa Morell and Wilma Doris Morell Chase.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and one sister.
Mr. Morell is survived by his wife; Frances Phillips Morell; daughter, Dawn Green; son, Dennis Morell; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Diane Vanderford and many friends and family.
Mr. Morell was the former owner of Don Morell Flooring.
There will be a graveside service for Mr. Morell at 1:30PM on Thursday, December 13, 2018 in Roselawn Cemetery with Danny Walker officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00AM-1:00PM at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home prior to the service.
