Ruby Elizabeth Hughes, 93, died November 24, 2018. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. She was the wife of the late Eroy Pogue and the late Arnold Hughes. Spry-Williams Funeral Home is directing.
