Doris Cothren, 80, of Meridianville passed away Thursday at her home.
Mrs. Cothren was retired from PPG and a charter member of Meridianville Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Cothren of 59 years; her brother Joe West (Laverne); and sister-in-law,
Janice West.
Survivors include her children: Greg Cothren (Gayle), Stephen Cothren, Leigh Ann Shubert (Mike), and Carol Guffey (Jody); two brothers, Rhea West and Harold West (Diane); twelve grandchildren: Hudson (Kristy), Maddie (Thom), Mason (Brooke), Parker, Brian (Laura), Britney (John), Zac (Corley), Jake (Jenny), Katie (Sam), Cole, Reid, and Brooke and eight great-grandchildren: Brayden, Olivia, Claire, Baylee, Braylyn, Warren, Emma, Reece, and Caroline.
Visitation will be Monday, November 26th from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at Berryhill Funeral Home. The service will be Tuesday at 1:00 pm at Meridianville Church of Christ with Randy Pyle and Mason Cothren officiating. Burial will follow at Stateline Cemetery.
