Funeral services for Mrs. Judy Mooney Rowland, age 61, are scheduled for 2 PM, Tuesday, November 20, 2018 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Ridley’s Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Rowland passed away late Thursday at her home in Reagan. She was born February 15, 1957 in Crockett County. She was a cashier at Walmart, a member of Palestine Pentecostal Church, and loved sewing, cooking, and singing. She was preceded in death by her father, Troy “Shorty” Mooney. Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Dale Rowland; her two children, Anthony Rowland (Christy) and Karen Wells (Jeffrey); her mother, Maudie Flatt Mooney; brother, Danny Mooney (Janet); two sisters, Linda Davis (Eugene) and Regina Brantley (Roger); and eight grandchildren, Felicia, Matthew, and Colton Wells, Grace, Noah, Hope, and Lonnie Williams, and Josiah Mclelland.
