Funeral service for Gilbert F. Dunaway, 86, will be Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Center Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Dunaway died on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at his residence. He was born April 9, 1932, in Morgan County to Thomas Dunaway and Dooma Lynn Dunaway. Mr. Dunaway was a United States Navy Veteran in the Korean War. He retired from General Motors after 10 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Bonnie Lou Dunaway.
