Lillie Cole Adkins, 85, of Jasper went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday evening, October 30, 2018, at her residence.
Family will be receiving friends on Saturday, November 3, 2018, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Vandiver Hollow. Troy Fisher will officiate.
She loved God and loved others. She never met a stranger and her home was always a welcome haven to anyone who needed to be loved.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Lonnie Oron Cole and W.L. Adkins; parents, Robert and Mattie Fisher; four brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by her children, Del Cole, Patti Rosenow (Brad), Donna Guthrie (Doug), Loronda Davidson (Bobby) and Dawn Cleveland (Rocky); 23 grandchildren, 19 greatgrandchildren; and siblings, John Fisher (Janice), Frances Percle (Jake), Ann Kidwell and Mildred Means.
