Mr. Wesley Young, age 77, of Scottsboro passed away on Friday October 26, 2018.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday October 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Leon Venable officiating. Interment will follow at Boxes Cove Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday October 27, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Young is survived by his wife, Mary Green Young; son, Wesley (Amanda) Young from Dutton; daughters, April (Anthony) Lands from Sylvania and Ruth Young from Rainsville; stepson, Michael (Rachael) Williams from Dutton; stepdaughter, Angie (Frank) Raul from Sylvania; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Mary White from Scottsboro, Rose Young from Frostproof, FL, and Willie Mae Shaffer from Frosproof, FL; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son, Troy Young; parents, Jesse and Bertha Young; brothers, Rayford Young, Dean Young, Junior Young, and Henry Young; sisters, Irene Young and an infant sister.
