Claudette Weeks, 43, of Madison passed away Friday, October 26th.
She is survived by her husband, Lyndon Weeks; daughters, Neosaha Zaire Weeks and Uniquecol LaShello Weeks; son, Jermaine Tafari Weeks; 3 brothers, Michael Jones, Everett Shipp, and Armond Shipp; 2 sisters, Porshe Dionne and Michelle Jones; and grandchildren, Adrienne Chanel Weeks and Zeek Jordan.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Lyndon Amere Weeks.
There are no services planned. Berryhill Funeral Home assisted the family.
