James Paul Allen, Jr. passed away on October 11, 2018 in Crescent City, California, after an extended illness.
Surviving are his wife, Rhonda Potts Allen; four children, Jamie Osborn, Bridgett Orgain, Paul Allen and Tom Allen; his mother, Lucille Allen Cherry; his sister, Paula Gullett; and four grandchildren.
He will be laid to rest in Lexington, Alabama. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
