N. B. Capley, age 78 of Winchester passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at home. Mr. Capley attended Shelbyville High School and retired from AEDC after 27 years. After retiring, N. B. began Capley-Houston Construction, and served on the Winchester Utility board several years. He was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Tullahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Alice Pauline Capley and brother Billy Wayne Capley. He is survived by his wife, Linda Capley; son, Timothy Capley; daughter, Wendee (Mike) Pendergrast, and step daughter, Julie Martin-Via; sister, Betty Clanton; grandchildren, Morgan Capley, Kip Capley, Keaton Pendergrast, Cason Pendergrast, step grandchild; Reagan Martin, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Sunday October 14, 2018 from 2-3:00 p.m., with the service following at 3:00 p.m. Dr. Herb Hester will be officiating. Interment will be held in private, at a later time.
