Joan Christine Keller Partain, age 79, of Russellville, passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at her daughter’s residence.
Joan never met a stranger, loved everyone, and always having a hug for everyone around. She was a kind and loving wife, mother, and grandmother and everyone who knew her will miss her.
The visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Spry Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Shady Grove Cemetery in Coffee Springs, Alabama.
She was preceded in death by her parents, R.A. & Addie Idell (Motes) Weeks; sister, Brenda Weeks; and great-grandson, Joey Ashley.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 15 years, Floyd Partain; children, Victor Keller, Jeff Keller, Tina Mills (husband, Bobby), Albert Brent Keller; grandchildren, Rodney Lindley, Michelle Thomas, Chris Lindley, Jessie Keller, Jasmine Keller, Victoria Yawn, Kayla Johnson; 16 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jr. Weeks, Victor Weeks, Albert Weeks; sister, Helen Hill; and a host of nieces & nephews.
The family would like to extend a sincere thanks to the nurses and staff of Kindred Hospice for the love and care of our family.
