Dorothy Mae Hill Canerday, 89, of Florence, AL, passed away August 27, 2018. Mrs. Canerday was a member of the Stutts Road Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by:
Parents: Hugh Hill & Annie Burks Hill
Husband: William Reeder Canerday
Son: William Ray Canerday
Brothers: J.L Hill and Jack Burks
Sisters: Verlie Clemons, Ovie Bretherick,
and infant sister Mamie Ethel Hill
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 29, 2018 from 11:00 A.M. -1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Bro. Tim Grigsby officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Owen, Chris Kelly, Marty Owen, Joey Wright, Arthur Layne, and Danny Abernathy.
The family would like to thank the El Reposo Nursing Home staff and all their friends and family for their thoughts and prayers. They would like to also especially thank Mary Ann Melson for her care during this time.
