Leighton Man Arrested On Four Counts Of Credit Card Fraud

FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department issued a statement regarding the arrest of a suspect on Monday, August 27 on charges of Fraudulent use of a Credit Card and Theft of Property 4th:

“, age 44 from leighton, AL.  was arrested on warrants after an investigation determined he took a credit card not belonging to him and without permission and used it four different times.

On 7/2/18 Mr. Foust was staying at the victim’s residence and would take her credit card from her purse without her knowledge. He then would to go a gas station near her residence and purchase items. Over the course of two weeks he took the card four times and made four purchases totaling over $185.00.

Mr. Foust was arrested on four counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and four counts of Theft of Property 4th. Mr. Foust is currently in the Lauderdale County Detention Center with a $8,000.00 bond.”
