“Joshua Michael Carter, 24yoa, w/m, 6’1”, 180#, brown hair (hair is now cut around the ears), green eyes has warrants for Unlawful Breaking & Entering into a vehicle with a $10,000.00 bond.
Additional warrants are forth coming.
Last known location was 28555 Boyd Chapel Rd Elkmont Al at the Budget Inn. Carter may be armed per information received by family members and other individuals.
