Rosa Beall, 87, of Huntsville, AL passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from injuries sustained in a car wreck on June 12, 2018. Rosa was born in Laredo,TX on March 23, 1931. She moved to Gadsden, AL when she married her first husband, Billy Beall in 1955. She later moved to Huntsville in 2001.
It was very evident that Rosa loved and served the Lord. She was an active member at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Huntsville, as well as Holy Spirit. She loved her family and spending time with them, loved to travel, volunteer, enjoyed her balancing class and being social. She never met a stranger.
Rosa was preceded in death by her first husband, Billy Beall, her parents, five sisters and two brothers. Survivors include her husband, Andrew Karabinos; children, Mike (Pam) Beall of Franklin, TN, Debbie (Gary) Smith of Huntsville, AL, Paul (Tricia) Beall of Frisco, TX and RoseMary (Jim) Mabry of Homewood, AL; eight grandchildren, Jack and Bradley Beall of Franklin, TN, Taylor (Elizabeth) Smith of Corinth, MS, Mary Catherine Smith of Huntsville, AL, Stephen and William of Frisco, TX and Fleming and Parker Mabry of Homewood, AL.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Huntsville, AL, followed by a luncheon in the Parish Hall at the church. Fr. Michael McMahon will be officiating. A private burial will be at Crestwood Cemetery in Gadsden, AL.
