Judy Faye Seal Raper, 74, Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at Russellville Healthcare.
Mrs. Raper was a native of Franklin County and a member of Siloam Baptist Church. She attended Mountain Star School before transferring and graduating from Russellville High School in 1961.
The funeral service will be held today, June 21, 2018, at 3 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with Dennis Steward officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.
Survivors include daughters, Pam Prince (Roman) and Lori Porter (Larry) of Russellville; grandson, Larry Porter, Jr., Russellville; sister-in-law, Gwen Seal, Russellville; brothers-in-law, Terry Raper, Phil Campbell and Randy Raper (Rena), Stillwater, Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Lloyd Raper; daughter, Emily Raper; parents, Roy and Ellen Thornton Seal; stepmother, Frances Seal; brothers, Luther, John, Tommy and Jerry Seal; sisters-in-law, June Seal and Frances Eure; nephew, Mark Seal; niece, Sharon Bryant.
