W. O. Smith, age 87, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired from the City of Lawrenceburg Street Dept., and a member of Calvary Hill Church of God.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Oliver and Susie Burgess Smith; and his wife, Della Prince Smith.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, May 25, 2018, with Charles Fritts officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
