Funeral service for Mrs. Ina Mary Beavers Brooks, 86, was Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Section Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m.
Survivors include her husband, Orval C. Brooks; daughters, Pam (Frank) Hundley, Lisa Podskoc, Dana Wagner, and April Brooks; grandchildren, Scott (Wendy) Farmer, Bonnie (David) Haslem, Brooks Padskoc, Ethan Padskoc, Ashley (Jarrett) Stradtner, Caitlin(Jarrod) Hyde, Owen Cooper, Calliope (Callic) Cooper,and Elenore Vincent; great-grandchildren, Ada Haslem, Fiona Haslem, Hayden Farmer, Kennedy Hyde, Storm and Podskoc; and lots of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Tatum Farmer; sisters, Opal Beavers, Elva Clemens, Imogene Davis, and Madelyn McClendon; and brothers, Pete Beavers, Joe Beavers, and Harry (Nod) Beavers.
She was the daughter of Harry Beavers and Allie Gant Beavers, a 1948 graduate of Central High School Chattanooga, Tennessee, and was married October 13, 1952 in Scutthorpe AFB, Norfolk, England.
