Miles Anthony Hood of Pulaski passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018. He was born in Pulaski on August 4, 1956 and was 61 years old.
He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He owned Miles Construction Company and loved to watch his grandchildren play ball. He attended Shores Baptist Church.
Visitation will be on Thursday, May 3rd from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
A Memorial Service will follow visitation on Thursday at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
Memorial Donations are suggested to the Giles County Public Library or First United Methodist Church, 200 West Jefferson Street, Pulaski
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Francis Nave Hood, son, Greg Williams and a brother, Devon Hood.
He is survived by his,
Wife, Sally Hood of Pulaski
Daughter, Abby Pipkins of Pulaski
Daughter, Lucie Holley of Pulaski
8 grandchildren, Hanna Hill, Caydee Pipkins, Chanslee Pipkins, Chaselyn Pipkins, and Cassidy Williams and Lily, Jaley, and Fisher Holley
Sisters, Dorothy Thomas, Myra Sutton, Martha Britton and Brenda Brown
Brothers, Ricky, Stanley, Dale, Wade, and Lloyd Hood.
A host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends also survive.
