Velma Louise Phillips, 77, of Rogersville, passed away April 28, 2018, at her residence.
She established “Louise’s Flowers” in Elgin Crossroads over 30 years ago.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 29, from 12:00-2:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00pm with Bro. Shane Bowling officiating. Burial will be in Center Hill Church of Christ Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Patrick Tate, Corey White, Gerald Genovese, Barry Scott, Brent Franklin, and Mitch Taylor. Honorary pallbearer will be Holden Luke Phillips.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to Caregiver, Jane Quigley, Special Nurse, Beth Butler, and Nurse’s Aide, Violetta Wilson.
