David Joel Griffin, age 62, of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Memorial services will be Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Robert T. Griffin will officiate.
Mr. Griffin was preceded in death by his Father-Robert Griffin; Mother-in-law-Edna Frew; Father-in-law-Robert Frew; Sister-in-law-Jeanne Cash.
He is survived by his Wife-Carol Frew Griffin; Mother-Mary Jo Griffin; Daughter-Lauren Griffin Kilgore (Chris); Son-Joshua David Griffin (Lindsay); Sister-Carolyn Griffin; Brothers-Alan Griffin (Owen), Robert Griffin (Carla) and George “Bear” Griffin (Susan); Niece-Anesia Morton; Grandchildren-Audrey Griffin, Everly Kilgore and Griffin Kilgore.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Mr. Griffin.
