Jason Gene Willis, 46, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Helen Keller Hospital.
Jason was a 1989 graduate of Colbert Heights High School. He loved working with his masonry work, loved being outside, but most of all he loved his family, especially his daughter. His favorite saying was “Life is good.”
The visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Spry Memorial Chapel in Russellville. The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Brother Dwight Rivers officiating. Burial will be in New Bethel Cemetery in Tuscumbia.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Montana Willis; fianceé, Teresa Cornelius; stepchildren, Dustin Cornelius (wife, Ashley), Damian Cornelius, Raybon Cornelius; stepgrandchildren, Skylar Cornelius, Zane Cornelius; parents, Larry and Lynn Willis; sister, Misty Willis Sockwell (husband, Jason); brother, Joey Willis; nephew, Cody Willis; nieces, Kadie Willis, Sadie Sockwell; and a host of friends.
The pallbearers will be Cody Willis, Joey Willis, Jason Sockwell, Rickey Hamm, Jay Musgrove and Ben Michael.
