Funeral service for James “Jim” H. Clemons, 81, will be Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dewain Clemons and Bro. Bill Pack officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Clemons died on Monday, March 26, 2018 at his residence. He was born November 16, 1936, in Lawrence County to James Hendrix Clemons and Grace Jacobs Clemons. Jim retired from Wolverine Tube after 33 years of service, He was an avid bowler, a member of the National Guard (Hartselle Unit), and he loved his family and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife: Jimmie Alvis Clemons, a son: Brian Lee Clemons, four brothers: Billy Ray, T.D., Ferrell D. and Clayton Clemons.
