The family of Shelba Jan Fairbanks Partlow, age 71, of Decatur, will host a Celebration of Life on Friday, March 30, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home.
Ms. Partlow, who died Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born November 13, 1946, in Morgan County, to David Turner Fairbanks and Frances Bishop Fairbanks. She was preceded in death by her parents, and seven siblings, Josephine Swaim, Gaylon Fairbanks, Brenda Gill, Gary Fairbanks, Jean Jennings (twin sister), Freddie Fairbanks, and Rickey Fairbanks. She was a precious member of an extremely loving family, and she loved her dogs.
She is survived by four brothers, Eddie Fairbanks (Sheryl) of Cleveland, TN, Don Fairbanks (Brenda) of Decatur, Van Fairbanks (Kathy) of Hartselle, and Mark Fairbanks (Sarah), Lewisburg, TN; and one sister, Jacqueline Chaffin (Lowell).
