Florence Man Arrested On Grand Jury 1st Degree Theft Charges

FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department issued a statement on Friday, March 23 on the arrest of a suspect on Grand Jury warrants for Theft of Property 1st Degree:

“Robert D. Hallmon, of Huntsville, was arrested last night on outstanding warrants issued by a recent Grand Jury. 

He was arrested for his involvement in the passing of forged checks at local businesses totaling more than $8,000.00. 

He is currently being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center for two counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument and one count of Theft of Property 1st.  Hallmon has an $8,000 bond.”
