Dorothy “Witt” Tarleton, 87, of Leighton, AL passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018. Visitation will be Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. – 12 noon at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow at 12 noon in the chapel. Brother Mark Mayfield will officiate. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. She was a member of Leighton Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Auburn and Mamie Witt; husband, Bill Tarleton; Roy Alton Cameron (1st husband), sister, Louise Jeffreys; brother, Coleman Witt; grandsons, Brett Cameron, Greg Sherrill; One great- great grandchild.
She is survived by her son, Denise Cameron (Tracey); daughters, Lisa Cameron Moore and Darlene Cameron Sherrill; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
