William Temple “Tim” Armour, 81, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Southaven, MS. He was treasurer of the Memphis Table Tennis Club and was Table Tennis State Champion in Tennessee and Mississippi for many years. He was a retired terminal manager for Consolidated Fright Ways and was a member of the West Tennessee Traffic Club in Jackson, TN.
Visitation will be from 5 until 8:00 p.m. Monday at Shackelford Funeral Home, Crook Avenue. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Shackelford Funeral Home, Crook Avenue with interment to follow in Henderson City Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Patsy Armour of Olive Branch, MS; son, Kevin Anthony Armour of Memphis, TN; grandson, Alex Armour of Norfolk, VA; sister, Doris White of Henderson; brother, Bobby Armour (Doris) of Southaven, MS.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Darrel Armour and William Christopher Armour; parents, Pat and Robbie Armour; brother, Joe Armour; and sister, Patty Higgingbottom.
