Mrs. Sybil Ann Volk Wilson, age 88 of Decatur, AL passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Wilson was born on June 14, 1929 in Jamestown NY to Albert and Evelda Shattuck Volk.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 56 years, Archibald Clifton Wilson.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by her daughters, Whitney Ferguson (Michael) and Heidi Sprinkle (Jerrill); son, Wade Wilson; grandchildren, Wilson Sprinkle Love and Hampton Sprinkle.
She was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School and a professional ice skater with The Ice Follies, formerly the Shipstads and Johnson Ice Follies. Mrs. Wilson was an avid Alabama fan and huge animal lover.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date at Riverside Assisted Living.
