Bessie Jean Rigdon Harper, age 70, of Jasper, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Princeton Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, John Loper will officiate.
Mrs. Harper was preceded in death by her Father-William Luther Rigdon; Mother-Mattie Louise McNeil Thomas; Sisters-Liz Wright, Patsy Hartley and Sherry Lynn Rigdon; Brothers-William Rigdon and Jerry Rigdon; Husband-Michael Harper.
She is survived by her Daughters-Tina Millwood (David) of Parrish, Tammy Carter (David) of Sylvan Springs and Terri Wyatt of Tuscaloosa; Sons-Tim Robertson of Jasper and Tony Robertson (Jennifer) of Trussville; Sister-Myrtle Cook of Conway, AR; Brothers-Scott Manderson (Lisa) of Tuscaloosa, Dewayne Thomas (Deanna) and Gary Thomas (Melissa) of Greenbrier, AR; Grandparents-Sam and Nancy McNeil, William and Addie Rigdon; 10 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
