Mr. Talley died on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born Saturday, October 18, 1958, in Jefferson County to Billy Joe Talley and Johnnie Louise Robinson Talley. He was an Overnight Delivery Truck Driver for NAPA Auto Parts. He was preceded in death by his parents.
