Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, December 30, 2017, at the Phillips Tabernacle Primitive Baptist Church (930 Balch Road, Madison, AL) with Pastor Archie Emmanuel officiating and Pastor Willie Lewis Baker as eulogist. Interment will be in Faith Memorial Parks. Mrs. Carter will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m., Friday, December 29, 2017, and from 8:30 a.m., until 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 30, 2017, at the Royal Funeral Home.
