Larry Ray Rinks was born December 13, 1946 in Chester County , Tn the son of the late Jesse and Mable Barney Rinks. He attended School in Chester County and later served four years with the US Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. After returning to Chester County he was married to Patricia A. Ballard on September 27, 1969 and they had made their home in Chester County. Mr Rinks was a press operator at International Paper for over 27 years , retiring in 1993. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church in Henderson.
Mr. Rinks departed this life on December 21, 2017 in Henderson, Tennessee at the age of 71 Years, 8 Days.
He is survived by his wife Patricia (Ballard) Rinks of Henderson, TN; a son, Larry G. Rinks of Henderson, TN; a sister, Dorothy Hillard of Medina, Tn; two brothers, Junior Rinks of Henderson, TN, Neal Rinks of Henderson, Tn; three grandchildren, Tosha Patterson, Josh Rinks, Jennifer Rinks; and 1 Great Grandchild. In addition to his parents, Mr. Rinks was preceded in death by two sisters, Lucille Maness, and Faye Flatt; two brothers, Henry Rinks,and Wayne Rinks.
