Patsy Ruth Black, 81 of Tuscumbia, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017. Her visitation will be today, December 18th from noon p.m. until 2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Her funeral service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Frank Richey officiating. Burial will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Black was a member of Piney Grove Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Black; son, Jeff Black; and daughter, Lorrie Nichols.
She is survived by her son, Chris Black and wife, Paige, and their daughter, Abigail; daughter, Jennifer Fisher and her husband, Brian; grandsons, Drake, Carson, Gage, and Griffin Peoples; Jonathan and Josh Fisher; Landon and Logan Black; Baylie Yates, and Bethanie Pace; and four great-grandchildren.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
