Teresa Annette Ellis, age 54, of Loretto, TN passed away Saturday, December 09, 2017 at Alive Hospice Residence Nashville. She was a native of Loretto, TN, and of the Baptist Faith.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 13, 2017, with Todd Gieske officiating. Interment will follow at Loretto Memorial Gardens in Loretto, TN.
